“Aaron provided a 2nd opinion earlier this year after a local HVAC company performed furnace maintenance & reported a costly problem, then also checked the air-conditioner (why in the winter??), and reported a problem with it, as well. Aaron didn't confirm either, so I chose him for an annual maintenance agreement.
He explained everything while performing the checks, & I could observe the test equipment results (so no concern about being shown tech photos of problems that may or may not have been my equipment).
The agreement price was competitive, & I appreciated the 5% senior discount.
